Our DMCA Policy outlines the procedures we undertake to address notifications of copyright infringement and provides instructions on how to contact us if you believe your copyrighted material has been used on our platform without proper authorization.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you have a good-faith belief that materials transmitted or created through GoLove.ai (“APP”) infringe your copyright, you (or your authorized agent) may send us a notice requesting the removal of the material or the blocking of access to it. Please provide the following information in writing:

1. An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner (or an individual authorized to act on their behalf);

2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, including sufficient details for us to locate the material;

3. Your address, telephone number, and email address;

4. A statement by you indicating a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law;

5. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, confirming that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or duly authorized to act on the copyright owner`s behalf.

2. DMCA Notices Response

Upon receiving a complete infringement notice, we will undertake the following actions:

1. Review and verify that the submitted documents meet DMCA requirements;

2. Take appropriate preliminary measures against the alleged infringement within 1-3 business days of receiving the information, including, but not limited to, link blocking;

3. Notify the alleged infringer, requesting an explanation and supporting evidence.

3. Counter Notification

If you believe in good faith that a notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly filed against you, you may submit a counter-notice to us. Upon receipt, we will notify the original claimant and temporarily suspend the process for 10-14 days. Your content will be re-enabled unless the copyright owner initiates legal action against you within this timeframe.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the APP for any user involved in suspected copyright infringement as described above.
